Will you call before doing extra work?
Always. We send you photos and a written quote, and nothing beyond what you booked gets touched until you reply. No exceptions.
How much is a diagnostic?
$130 for the first hour, and we credit it against the repair if you go ahead with us. Most faults are traced within that hour.
Do you work on my make?
We service most domestic and Japanese makes, plus common European. Tell us the year and model and we will confirm before you drive over.
Can I wait while it's done?
Oil services and tire swaps are usually under an hour and there is a waiting room. For bigger jobs we can drop you locally or arrange a loaner.
